If you’re searching for a California wedding videographer or photographer, you likely have questions about travel, booking, packages, and delivery timelines. At Tangerine Weddings, we provide wedding videography and photography throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, and destinations worldwide. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions couples ask before booking our team.
Do you offer both wedding photography and videography?
Yes! Tangerine Weddings provides both wedding photography and videography services throughout San Francisco, the Bay Area, and San Diego. Many couples love working with one cohesive team to capture their wedding day. We will take $500 off your total when you book both photo + video together!
We also offer engagement photo sessions and elopement coverage. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll get you a custom quote!
Do you charge for travel?
As a Bay Area wedding videographer and photography team, we are based in both San Francisco and San Diego, California. Any wedding within 100 miles of either base location does not require an additional travel fee.
For weddings elsewhere in California, we charge a flat $500 travel fee to ensure our team can travel safely and avoid long late-night drives after your celebration.
For destination weddings outside California or international weddings, travel pricing varies depending on the location and logistics.

Is drone footage included?
Yes! As part of our San Francisco wedding videography services, we include drone footage in all video packages at no additional cost, provided that your venue allows drones and weather conditions permit safe flight.
Do you offer multi-day wedding packages?
Yes! We offer custom multi-day wedding photography and videography packages. Many couples planning multi-day celebrations such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and wedding day coverage choose this option.
Because these events require reserving multiple calendar days for our teams, pricing is customized based on the scope and coverage needed.
Do you offer RAW files?
RAW files are not included in our wedding photography and videography packages, but they can be purchased as an add-on.
RAW files are completely unprocessed, straight-out-of-camera files for both photo and video. They are ideal for archival purposes or if you plan to use footage for additional edits later.
If you’re looking for longer edited content, we recommend our Ceremony and Reception video edits, which provide a polished and professionally edited final film. Our standard videography package already includes these deliverables.
What is required for booking?
To officially reserve your wedding date with our videography and photography teams, we require:
A signed contract
A 40% deposit
Once both are received, your date will be secured on our calendar. The remaining balance is due by the event date.
We recommend booking 9-18 months before your wedding especially for peak wedding season dates.
How do we receive our photos and videos?
Your wedding photos will be delivered in an online gallery through a platform called Pixieset, where you can view, share, and download your images.
Your wedding videos will be delivered via digital download.
If you purchase RAW photo or video files, they will be loaded onto a physical hard drive and mailed to your address.
What are your turn-around times?
Turnaround times vary depending on the time of year but typically do not exceed 8–10 weeks after your wedding day.
All wedding photography packages also include a sneak peek gallery delivered within one week, so you can relive and share highlights from your celebration shortly after the big day.

The name Tangerine Weddings comes from a mix of personal meaning and California inspiration. In our founder’s cultural background, tangerines are often given as gifts symbolizing good luck and happiness.
The name also reflects our childhoods growing up along the California coast, where sunsets often filled the sky with warm tangerine hues, a reminder of joyful moments and beautiful celebrations.
